Etkin partnered with Merchants Retail
Partners to construct a new 157,965 sq. ft.,
three-story, climate controlled
self-storage building located in the
Centerpoint Business Campus.





2020


Evergreen Atrium
Southfield, MI


Etkin collaborated with Faudie Architecture
in the renovation of the five-story atrium lobby.
The goal was to ‘activate’ the lobby to create
opportunities for socialization among the tenants
and places where tenants can collaborate or work
independently beyond their suite.
The lobby also includes lush interior landscaping
and seasonal flowers.

In the heart of downtown Royal Oak, Etkin has
built a new, luxury office building that features
74,000 sq. ft of signature, premium space.
Etkin's new headquarters and several businesses
have prime visibility along heavily traveled 11 Mile
Road, on-site covered parking, and are within
footsteps of the many restaurants and shops that reside in
downtown Royal Oak.
