Joel has over 20 years experience in building construction, renovation and the mechanical industry. He works closely with the Etkin development team on new property developments and renovations. Joel also leads the day-to-day operations of Responsive Mechanical Services, an Etkin company. Joel also devotes time to Friendship Circle, a non-profit charity dedicated to serving children with special needs.
